There are a total of 2 stamps. These stamps are real that you can use in Taiwan and ship domestically. You cannot use these stamps for mailing outside of Taiwan. 

You need to water-activate the backing in order to stick these stamps. 
These stamps are already pre-cut, please be careful when tearing them.
